Ol Pejeta is a conservation-led Laikipia conservancy protecting East Africa's largest black rhino sanctuary, the world's last two northern white rhinos and Kenya's only chimpanzee sanctuary. Big Five viewing sits alongside direct, carefully interpreted conservation encounters.

The northern white rhinos offer a sobering view of species loss, while Sweetwaters cares for rescued chimpanzees that cannot return to the wild. Strong black and white rhino populations make wider game drives consistently meaningful.

Walking, night drives, lion tracking and behind-the-scenes conservation activities may be available under current conservancy rules. Each experience requires suitable permissions, responsible distance and guidance from the teams protecting animals and habitat.
