Your Africa, beautifully told. Tailor-made East African journeys

Responsible travel

Look closer.
Tread thoughtfully.

The way an experience is arranged matters as much as the photograph it leaves behind. Start with specific questions—not broad labels.

The questions behind the experience

Good intentions.
Specific decisions.

These are good questions to ask about any experience. Bring them into your planning conversation with us.

Wildlife

Does the experience respect the setting?

Confirm permitted activities and provider practice. Never build the value of a trip around a guaranteed animal encounter.

People

Who is hosting—and who decides?

A community or cultural visit should be appropriately hosted and agreed. Ask about participation, consent and the arrangements behind it.

Suppliers

What can be demonstrated?

Ask for evidence behind environmental, employment and operating claims. A label is not a substitute for a documented practice.

Contribution

Where does the money actually go?

If part of your trip cost goes to a community or conservation project, ask who receives it, how it is paid and what it funds.

A story should
start with an invitation.

People and places are not props for an itinerary.

Use the planning conversation to ask how an experience is hosted, who is involved and what has actually been agreed.
