How to arrange payment

  • The RDB portal offers official permit applications and payment. Confirm category eligibility before paying.
  • The portal states Rwandan nationals pay the full amount when booking.

Build it into your route

Book the required activity permit and arrange the corresponding park briefing and transport.

A listed permit price does not establish available slots or a confirmed Nobu booking.

RDB offers a conditional 30% gorilla-permit discount in November–May for combined Akagera and/or Nyungwe trips: 3 days / 2 nights, with hotel payment confirmation and a paid activity. Two nights may be in one park, or one consecutive night in each. Each additional discounted trek needs another qualifying stay. Apply through RDB and confirm eligibility; this is not a blanket seasonal reduction.
