Who pays, and for how long
- Daily fee: single access, valid no longer than 24 hours. Not a promise of multiple re-entry or unrestricted 24-hour operating hours.
- No seasonal split is printed for these parks in this schedule. A source check does not establish that an undated tariff remains unchanged for every future visit.
- KWS defines a Kenya resident through a valid resident permit; EAC citizenship, African citizenship and residency are distinct categories. Bring evidence for the category claimed.
- The published exemptions include Kenyan citizens aged 70 and above and persons with disabilities. Confirm the evidence and applicability for your visit.

How to arrange payment
- Use the official KWS KWSPay service linked from the KWS website. Its payment guidance lists M-Pesa, Visa and specified bank-transfer routes.
- Confirm the payment instructions, booking reference and issued ticket before travel.
- Any gateway or processing charge must be checked on the official payment screen; no unverified percentage is added here.
Build it into your route
Tsavo East and Tsavo West are separate parks. Do not treat crossing between them as automatic re-entry on one ordinary park ticket.
The published KWS multi-park packages have their own conditions; ask which package, dates and parks a quotation includes.
Explore Tsavo East National Park. Compare Kenya park fees and the wider safari budget. Your written proposal confirms the actual inclusions.
