Ruzizi Tented Lodge occupies a wooded lakeshore setting on Lake Ihema in southern Akagera National Park. Palms and fig trees screen the tents, while timber walkways connect them to a thatched main area and a deck over the water. Its southern position is useful for travellers entering through Giraffe Gate.
The family arrangement is specified for two adults and two children. The raised honeymoon tent has a king bed, bath and outdoor shower; its steps and height should be considered when choosing accommodation.
