Booking terms
The terms behind
the journey.
Your full booking conditions come with every written quote. You need to read and accept them before anything is booked. This page explains what they cover.
1. Who you are booking with
Your written quote names the company you are booking with, its registered details and how to reach us. If you book through a travel adviser, it also explains what your adviser arranges and what Nobu arranges.
2. Your quotation and services
Your quote lists what is included, what is not included, the currency and how long the price is valid. Prices on our website are indicative “from” prices. The price in the quote you accept is the one that applies.
3. Confirmation and payments
A booking starts only after you accept a written quote. Your booking conditions set out how much to pay, by when and how. Please do not send card details through our website forms.
4. Changes and cancellations
The rules for changing or cancelling a booking, including any fees, are set out in your booking conditions. Please read them before you accept your quote.
5. Traveller responsibilities
Before you travel, check passports, visas and health requirements for everyone in your party. Tell us early about anything that affects your plans, such as access, health or dietary needs.
6. Travel disruption and service changes
Sometimes weather, flights or other events change a trip. If that happens, we work with you and our suppliers on the options. Your booking conditions explain how changes like this are handled.
7. Assistance and complaints
If something is not right, tell us as soon as you can so we have the chance to fix it. Call +254 702 677 677 or write to us through our contact page.
8. Applicable provisions
The booking conditions sent with your quote are the full terms of your booking. If anything on this page differs from them, the booking conditions apply.
