Nine individually distinctive private-pool villas on Dongwe’s coast, with curved architecture, dedicated butlers and all-inclusive dining. Xanadu suits couples, families and friends who want their own living space. Choose the named villa carefully: bedroom counts, additional beds, rooftop pools and stairs differ across the collection.
Xanadu is a collection of nine individual villas at Dongwe, where sculptural white walls, curved stairways and private pools give each stay its own character. The beach is close, but the architecture and outdoor living spaces make spending a day at the villa part of the experience. A private butler and an all-inclusive dining approach support that relaxed rhythm.
The choice runs from one-bedroom garden villas to larger two-bedroom options with ocean outlooks. Umande and Kimwondo are designed for two guests without extra beds; several other villas can accommodate additional guests by prior arrangement. Kimwondo has a rooftop plunge pool, while Mbingu and Nyota offer a more elaborate arrangement of pools and levels. These are genuinely different layouts, so selecting a named villa is an important part of planning the stay.
Meals can be enjoyed around the property or privately, and the beachfront spa offers another way to slow the pace.
