The stay
Wilderness Usawa moves between seasonal Serengeti sites, with six en-suite tents per camp and a connected family option. Children six and older are welcome; younger guests require sole use.
Wilderness Usawa is a mobile safari operation designed to change position with the Serengeti’s seasonal wildlife movements.
Mesh-sided tents bring broad views and the sounds of the landscape into the room, with en-suite bathrooms and a deliberately light camp structure.
Meals and social time centre on the main camp area, with safari drives, walking and outdoor dining shaped around the location and conditions. Children aged six and older are welcomed; younger children require sole use of the camp, and those under sixteen must share with an adult.
