Simba + Oryx Beach Cottages offers a self-catering alternative to the larger Diani resorts, with ten cottages on a beachfront plot. Verandas face towards the ocean, while kitchens and shared living space allow guests to set their own pace rather than follow a fixed hotel meal schedule.
The operator describes six larger cottages and four smaller ones. Smaller cottages are intended for two. Kitchens include a gas cooker, fridge and basic equipment, while fans, mosquito nets and large windows provide the principal room comforts.
