THE NOBU VIEW
The stay
Nkorombo places five traditional tents beside the Mara River inside the national reserve, with bucket showers, flushing toilets and private guiding. Its small, simple camp atmosphere suits safari-focused travellers. There is no Wi-Fi.
Nkorombo is Serian’s small riverside camp inside the Masai Mara National Reserve. This is a different setting from Serian’s camps in Mara North Conservancy.
The rooms favour classic canvas-camp simplicity. En-suite bathrooms have flushing toilets and bucket showers, while the river and surrounding bush provide the outlook. Older brochures give different configurations, so those should not be carried into a new booking unchecked.
A private vehicle, guide and spotter are central to Serian’s advertised safari approach, allowing outings to be shaped around the travelling party. Meals are served around the communal riverside space.
For Nobu, Nkorombo suits travellers who value private guiding and a close-to-nature atmosphere over resort facilities.
