The stay
Nomad’s Serengeti Safari Camp moves seasonally through the migration landscape, with six tent units per camp, bucket showers and a family arrangement. It welcomes children from eight and favours wildlife immersion over resort facilities.
Serengeti Safari Camp is Nomad’s mobile safari product, designed to change position with the seasons rather than keep guests tied to one location. A booking therefore needs to identify both the camp and its precise seasonal site, especially when arranging light-aircraft arrivals.
Each camp has six accommodation units: five standard tents and one family tent with two en-suite bedrooms connected by a sitting area. Interiors can be arranged with doubles or twins, while bucket showers and flushing toilets retain the practical simplicity of a traditional safari. limited Wi-Fi and solar power with generator support cover essential needs.
Days centre on guiding and game drives, followed by meals in the mess tent and evenings around the fire.
For Nobu, this is a strong fit for travellers who want wildlife access and the experience of sleeping under canvas. Children must be at least eight.
