A PLACE IN YOUR JOURNEY
A DIFFERENT OUTLOOK.
A PLACE TO PAUSE.
Sarara Camp sits on the slopes of the Mathews Mountains in Namunyak Community Conservancy, with views across a wide, lightly settled landscape. The communal pool overlooks a waterhole, while the small collection of tents keeps attention on the setting and the community-led conservation work around it.
Six en-suite tented rooms form the main camp. Outdoor, solar-heated showers and private verandas connect each stay to the surroundings; two tents are linked by an outdoor path for families. Sarara House is a separate two-bedroom option with private living and dining space, a plunge pool, guide and vehicle.
For Nobu, Sarara suits travellers interested in the Mathews landscape, guided outdoor activities and Samburu community initiatives. Children of all ages are welcomed, although the camp suggests the experience is better suited to those aged six and above.
