SANSI KENDWA BEACH RESORT

THE NOBU VIEW

The stay

A 31-room hotel in Kendwa, with wooden-bed interiors, balcony rooms and an ocean-view restaurant. A smaller beach base, best booked with bedding, meals and transfers clarified in advance.

Sansi Kendwa Beach Resort offers a smaller-scale base on Zanzibar’s northern coast, with 31 rooms and Kendwa’s white-sand setting at the centre of the appeal. The hotel’s accommodation keeps the choice relatively simple: standard rooms, sea-view rooms and oceanfront rooms, each intended for a different balance of outlook and party size.

Wooden beds and balconies give the rooms a straightforward island character.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with an Indian Ocean outlook. Practical services include Wi-Fi and parking, with airport transfers, excursions, laundry and babysitting advertised at extra cost. Nobu would place Sansi Kendwa with travellers who prefer a manageable hotel and a beach-focused stay over an extensive resort programme. The strongest booking is a clear, complete one: the chosen view, the beds everyone needs, the meal plan and the transfer arranged together.
