Mara Big Five Camp offers a small-scale safari setting in the Talek area of Kenya’s Maasai Mara. Canvas rooms, outdoor chairs and shared meals keep the emphasis on time in the bush, with a place to sit between drives rather than an elaborate resort programme.
Three tent styles give travellers a straightforward choice. Standard Double Tents contain twin beds, Superior Tents have a double bed, and Family Tents bring two double beds together with one bathroom. Solar-heated showers and simple furnishings make the rooms practical bases for early starts.
