Mantana's Lake Mburo Camp is an established tented property on the side of Rwamahungu hill inside Lake Mburo National Park. Its elevated position looks towards the lake and surrounding landscape, making the shared deck a natural place to pause between park outings.
The camp describes nine guest tents on timber platforms, with double or twin bedrooms, dressing spaces, private bush showers and toilets. Hot water is supplied, and solar-powered lighting is fitted in the tents.
A sitting room, bar and dining area provide the social centre of camp, with meals prepared in the camp kitchen. We would consider it for travellers who enjoy a traditional canvas-and-deck safari stay and prefer to sleep within the park.
