THE NOBU VIEW
The stay
Maasai Simba Camp is a community-run tent-and-cottage stay at Merrueshi, outside Amboseli National Park. Local walks, cultural experiences and shared camp spaces shape its appeal.
Maasai Simba Camp is a community-run property at Merrueshi, in the wildlife corridor between Amboseli and the Chyulu Hills. Host-supplied descriptions place it among acacia trees beside the seasonal Kiboko River. This is a countryside camp from which Amboseli can be visited, rather than an accommodation inside the national park.
Current travel platforms describe a mix of canvas tents and cottages. Double, twin and family labels appear, with private bathrooms and rustic shared spaces.
For Nobu, Maasai Simba may suit travellers who value local hosting, time on foot and a simpler camp atmosphere.
