The stay
Lake Burunge Tented Lodge offers accommodation overlooking the lake in the corridor between Tarangire and Manyara. Suite and Family Tents, a pool and dining make a safari base.
Lake Burunge Tented Lodge looks towards the lake from a setting in the wildlife corridor between Tarangire and Manyara. Raised wooden decks and private terraces define the accommodation, while the central restaurant platform creates a shared place to take in the landscape. The lodge is outside Tarangire National Park rather than an in-park camp.
Room services include mosquito nets, drinking water, a tea-and-coffee tray and a fan.
A swimming pool, campfire, Wi-Fi and laundry service add practical comforts. Full board is advertised, and escorted lake walks and other experiences can be discussed separately. It is distinct from the operator’s Lake Burunge Baobab South Lodge.
