Kobe Mara is a small, unfenced safari property near the reserve’s Zebra Barrier, with a choice between four tents and a separate four-bedroom house.
The safari tents accommodate two guests in a king or queen bed, with an ensuite bathroom and hot-water shower. Kobe House offers four ensuite bedrooms, multiple dining and sitting spaces, a fireplace and a veranda. The operator normally rents the house to one group, while noting that its veranda may occasionally host other guests during celebrations.
Meals and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the advertised full-board basis, with outdoor dining and fire-pit seating part of the experience.
