Katara Lodge overlooks Queen Elizabeth National Park from the Kichwamba escarpment. A saltwater pool and restaurant complement the stay.
Katara Lodge stands on the Kichwamba escarpment above Queen Elizabeth National Park, with views across the savannah towards Lake Edward and the surrounding mountains. Shared spaces include an open-sided restaurant, poolside lounge and saltwater swimming pool.
Seven Regular Cottages combine a bedroom, sitting area and balcony, with folding canvas walls, a roll-top bath, rain shower and a movable star bed. The two Family Cottages each have two bedrooms but are not identical: one has two en-suite bathrooms and a private swing bed, while the other has a shared bathroom and is described by the operator as accessibility-friendly. No floor areas or maximum occupancies are inferred.
