The stay
Twelve raised tented suites line the Talek River at Ilkeliani, linked to the reserve by a private footbridge. Premier, Deluxe and Family categories sit across two wings, with a pool and spa between safari outings.
Ilkeliani stands beside the Talek River, with a private footbridge linking the camp to the main reserve. The current Wilder property is arranged across two wings, with twelve tented suites raised on stilts and broad wooden decks facing the river. Detachable canvas sides make the accommodation feel open to the setting while retaining an ensuite bathroom and a defined private space.
Premier and Family Suites occupy the East Wing, with Deluxe and Family Suites in the West. Families should therefore ask for a current floor plan and bed allocation rather than rely on a legacy room count.
The pool and spa give guests something to do between drives, while the central lounge connects indoor and outdoor dining. An organic garden supplies the kitchen, and dietary requests can be discussed in advance. Nobu would consider Ilkeliani for travellers who want a river-facing camp with established shared facilities.
