iKWETA Safari Camp is an owner-operated tented base close to Murera Gate, just outside Meru National Park. Ten guest tents sit among gardens and water features, with a swimming pool and shared dining spaces providing a comfortable place to return after time in the park.
Tents have double or twin beds, private verandas and ensuite bathrooms separated from the sleeping area by stone walls. The design relies on natural ventilation rather than fans or air conditioning, a useful detail for travellers comparing comfort expectations.
Food is an important part of the camp’s approach: meals are cooked to order and served at the table, with some produce grown on site and flexible packed-meal arrangements for safari days.
