Ten spacious tents inside northern Tarangire offer verandas, fans and ensuite hot showers, with room for families and no swimming pool.
Honeyguide Tarangire Camp occupies a secluded northern part of the national park, with ten tents set among umbrella thorn trees. The camp is unfenced, allowing the landscape and its wildlife to remain close to the guest experience. Its small scale and generous verandas suit travellers who want to spend time watching the surroundings as well as heading out in a vehicle.
Fans, mosquito nets, plumbed hot showers and flush toilets provide practical comfort, with daybeds outside for a quieter afternoon. Solar power with generator backup operates around the clock, and WiFi is available in the main areas. There is no swimming pool.
Nobu would consider Honeyguide for families and guests who prefer a straightforward inside-park camp. Children of all ages can stay, while walking safaris have a separate age restriction.
