Hemingways River Camp Mara follows the Njageteck River in Mara North Conservancy. Formerly Richard’s River Camp, it remains a small property with six Classic Safari Tents and two larger suites. Canvas, shaded verandas and shared fireside spaces keep the atmosphere close to a traditional safari camp, with more room and privacy available for families.
Classic tents have king or twin beds, ensuite bathrooms and outdoor showers. The Family and Private Suites each provide two bedrooms and a lounge, though their larger advertised capacities depend on extra beds and the ages of the party. WiFi, laundry and in-room spa treatments add practical comforts without changing the focus of the stay.
Nobu would consider River Camp for guests who value intimacy and the flexibility of a conservancy stay.
