Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort sits above Lake Naivasha on the slopes of Ol Donyo Opurru. Its elevated setting brings wide views across the Rift Valley, making the landscape as much a part of the stay as the golf course. This is a hillside resort rather than a hotel directly on the lakeshore.
Accommodation covers Lodge Rooms, Longonot and Aberdare villas, and individually furnished self-catering chalets. That variety suits different travel styles: a room with meals arranged, a larger villa for family time, or a chalet with its own kitchen. Some lodge rooms connect, while chalet layouts and guest limits vary considerably between individual homes.
Golf, birdwatching, stargazing and arranged excursions provide options beyond simply enjoying the view. Restaurants and meeting facilities support both leisure stays and gatherings. We would consider the resort for families, golfers or travellers wanting space outside Nairobi.
