Fumba Beach Lodge offers a quieter coastal rhythm on Zanzibar’s southwestern peninsula, with accommodation spread through a garden setting beside the sea. Its appeal rests in the combination of small scale, outdoor space and an alternative location to the island’s busier eastern beaches.
Deluxe rooms come with garden or sea views and private verandas, with some interconnecting arrangements available. Luxury Suites add more elaborate bathing spaces, outdoor showers and terraces with hammocks. The two Baobab Suites place particular emphasis on their old-tree setting and open-air bathrooms.
