THE NOBU VIEW
The stay
Billionaire Resort & Retreat offers one- to four-bedroom serviced apartments beside the Malindi beach, with kitchens, outdoor living space and a beachfront pool. The nearby Lion in the Sun retreat is a separate property.
Billionaire Resort & Retreat brings a serviced-apartment format to Malindi’s beachfront. The useful distinction is space: separate bedrooms, a kitchen and outdoor seating allow couples, families or friends to settle into something more residential than a conventional hotel room. A beachfront pool, beach access and the Billionaire Beach Bar & Grill keep the resort experience close at hand.
Garden outlooks and generous balconies or terraces feature across the range.
The operator describes access between the properties, including spa and fitness facilities, but a beachfront apartment booking should still identify exactly which services are included.
For Nobu, the strongest fit is a small party wanting apartment privacy with restaurant and resort support.
