2 Friends combines a small hotel scale with a Lake Victoria setting, offering an easygoing place to begin or end a Uganda journey. The operator lists sixteen rooms, with choices facing the lake or pool and a Standard category without direct lake views. Balconies, colour and individual decorative details give the rooms a more personal feel than a uniform business hotel.

The category distinctions are useful rather than merely cosmetic. Lake View rooms have furnished balconies, while Pool View rooms can be booked with air conditioning or with a fan only. Standard rooms advertise air conditioning but a lower guest limit.
